One of the best and cleanest hotels in Bahrain. I came on a business visit from Dubai and stayed for 3 days. Mr. Alfred and the Sri Lankan staff member at the reception were extremely helpful and provided excellent service. Highly recommended!
staff is not co operative bhola is so rude this is the second time and his attitude is always this way He needs to know that customer service is very important and he shpuld know when i saw him i remembered and if i had remembered earlier i would not have booked here again.He needs to know customers…
It was a good Experience staying at Premier Hotel. Mr. Farhan from Concierge department supported me a lot in guiding and the whole team was friendly.
