Basic thing of providing water ti a customer is not there and the customer is forced to buy water. This was insane .all hotels have to provide water or give an option to the customer. Smaller hotels provide water free

The overall experience at this hotel is a "meh" experience. The hotel is quite dirty and needs some proper cleaning, but if you are looking for a quick 1 night stay i would suggest this hotel. Its located in a good area, easy access to the souq's and nearby restaurants.
