Customer service very slow long time waiting there there is two lady staff in the counter both are v slow a lot of people’s waiting there we have duty’s family’s a lot works also they didn’t understand

Place is great but staff wasn't bothered with customers too busy having breakfast had to wait half an hour to be catered while I was just next in line

The worst bank! NBB Brunches are always closed. Even google maps says it’s open in fact for sure it’s closed. You may waste a lot of time riding whole country to find open brunch. Deal with them is the worst idea. Any other bank but not NBB. Nobody answers the phone calls. No provided any informatio…
