Hidd branch is great BAHRAIN Financial Harbour is always busy but still great Wadi alsail need to wait more than 25 minutes and it's very Quiet no much clients 4 numbers in Q 3 tellers but was very bad.

Disappointing customer service experience. Branch was understaffed and had to wait for around 37 minutes to be attended to where the ticket indicated possible waiting time of 12 minutes. Moreover our transaction was not completed due to system glitch. Extremely dissatisfied .
