One staff handling more than 20 customers also very slow , and they are allowing people with wrong token numbers what is the use of tokens here.

If there's less the one star I will give -5 star customer service vary slow 🐌 even I was the first on line still need 15 minutes for them to call every time you go bbk customer service you need 2 hours to finish. Need to improve
