Although employees were present, only one counter was open, which led to significant delays. I had to wait for over 45 minutes without receiving assistance and unfortunately had to leave.

if i could gave him 0 start ill, there was no customer service even when the employee's are there i had to wait more then 15 minutes and had to leave
