Used to be a great bank.. But the experiences in the branches leaves customers with negative feelings. The wait for customer service is horrid! Very slow paced and only 2 or 3 staff at the counters! Very disappointed.

One of the worst customer service in Bahrain. Every time I visit this branch it takes a decade to complete the service. Better to avoid this branch if possible.

Do not have enough staff to handle the total footfall. Find another branch. The employees working here are lazy aswell... They take their sweet time to do simple tasks - highly incompetent. TRAIN YOUR STAFF!
