Very inconvenient, unsupportive staff mislead you and when returning for clarification they ask to take number and wait again and again. You will waste hours without any results... their work timing is also inconvenient...
Most of the times the counters empty or only 1 person. Sometimes you have to wait for teller 20 tp 30 minutes even the bank is not busy.
In their websites it shows Saturday open but it's closed, very unprofessional
